We have a massive tendency to hyper focus on what needs to get done, what we want to create and the work we feel we need to do and spend very little time enjoying the process along the way. Getting into a state of flow and enjoying the process is the best part of any creative endeavor.

Most of us attempt to get 8 hours of sleep per night. That is 8 hours that your computer could be fighting diseases including COVID-19. In this video I call up my buddy Brian who is working in a hospital in Boston and discuss folding@home and the importance it has in fighting disease like the Coronavirus.
